Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and tech-savvy technical recruiter with experience in domestic recruitment. If you’re driven, detail-oriented, and fluent in the language of tech and talent, we’d love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across a range of technical roles.
  • Leverage Boolean search techniques for precision talent sourcing.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and close roles efficiently.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle – from job posting to onboarding.
  • Maintain and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Skills Required

  • Proven success in hiring for top clients like TCS, L&T Mindtree, Infosys, and within the Banking & Pharma industries.
  • Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in sourcing via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent command of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience hiring for roles like software developers, IT support engineers, and network specialists.
